GAME DEVELOPER
LOVESHARK

Leveraging technologies like Machine Learning and Computer Vision, I helped build a mobile camera game which challenges you to replicate the moves of the person dancing on the screen and gives you a score based on how well you are doing.

MOCHI

Mochi was a kpop social platform and dance game for mobile with a vibrant community. You can pick from a large library of hundreds of k-pop dances. The AI model detects your movements and compares it to the original so you always know how well you're dancing. You can then post your dances on the app for others to attempt and make friends.

My role

Game Developer

I joined the team in the early stages of development and was one of the two game developers who were responsible for the development and launch of the game. Working closely with Machine Learning, I devised a novel algorithm to translate thousands of data-points per second into a score that would make sense for the players. Also responsible for the optimisation which helped us achieve 60fps on mobile while initially struggling to hit 30.
